So I was surprised by this! I bought the serum which came with a bottle of the intensive shampoo and scalp brushes. After following the routine in the pamphlet, I found it did eventually help reset my scalp and I have a lot less flakes and itchiness than before! I would say the only downside is the shampoo is definitely not made for people with thick hair like me so it took longer and a bit more work + product to get it on my scalp.
