So I was surprised by this! I bought the serum which came with a bottle of the intensive shampoo and scalp brushes. After following the routine in the pamphlet, I found it did eventually help reset my scalp and I have a lot less flakes and itchiness than before! I would say the only downside is the shampoo is definitely not made for people with thick hair like me so it took longer and a bit more work + product to get it on my scalp. Thankfully I kept going and I'm happy with the results!

The applicator matters as much as the formula
Most scalp serums use an in-bottle dropper that touches your scalp then goes back in, carrying bacteria with it. Ours is different. I have no noticeable difference in my scalp. I have not tried the test that is advised, as I have just gone through similar testing with my naturopath. And, I have done all the dietary changes.

Thank you for your feedback! I’m pleased to hear your scalp health has improved with the Intensive Serums and Shampoo.
For thicker hair, a bit more product may help, but even with thick hair, 2ml (roughly two caps in diameter) of the Intensive Dandruff Control or Microbiome-Friendly Conditioning Shampoo should be enough. Pre-lather it well in your palms before applying directly to the top of your head and then scalp—avoiding the lengths. The low-foaming formula is intentional, reducing unnecessary chemicals while ensuring effectiveness. As long as it reaches your scalp and has a few minutes to sit and work, that’s all it needs. If the hair is particulary oily two applications of 1ml with a rinse in between should also help with the the low foam application on thick or oily hair.
